Amendment to the Dual Citizenship Act
Dual Citizenship Act Amendment
1. Dual Citizenship shall be defined as: a nation possessing citizenship, or a position equivialant with citizenship, in a region containing 5 or more World Assembly residents, and/or more than 15 resident nations in total,in addition to holding citizenship within Illuminati.
2. Illuminati and its subsidiaries shall generally allow dual citizenship, while still allowing for the Grand Chancellor or Founder to approve or deny such citizenship as per the Axiomata.
3. Citizens holding Dual Citizenship may hold office within Illuminati with the exception of the following: Grand Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, and any part of the Supreme Presidium which pertains to military, Intelligence, or security.
4. The Round Table may vote to not allow Dual Citizens to achieve any elected or appointed government position. In order to do so, a supermajority of 75% must be reached.
5. With approval from the Grand Chancellor of Illuminati and a 75% vote in favor from the Round Table, a citizen who maintains citizenship in another region may hold offices in which involve military, intelligence, security, the Grand Chancellorship, and the Vice Chancellorship if they have been granted Initiate status within Illuminati.
