Amendment to Article 2 Section 4 of the Axiomata

Section 4: The Office.
● The World Assembly position will be a separate entity of the government. Free from reassignment or removal, except by an RT super majority of 75%. The World Assembly Delegate position is a permanent position unless the current World Assembly Delegate is impeached or resigns. In the case of a resignation the Current World Assembly Delegate will choose a legal successor for the RT to vote in with a 50% in favor vote and the Minister of Defense's approval, the World assembly Delegate will stay as the World assembly delegate until the successor has 80% of the current endorsements. In the case of a impeachment the RT will elect a new World assembly delegate within 24 hours, with a 50% vote in favor of the defense minister's choice.
●The World Assembly Delegate shall be charged with voting in the resolutions that come up as well as submitting new legislation that citizens propose. The World Assembly Delegate shall also be responsible for regional safety, proper recruitment of endorsements from regional World assembly members and altering of executive actions previously carried out by the founder.
