Endorsement Cap Time Limit

Addition of a set amount of time for citizens to get below the WA endorsement limit, as well as an added feature for citizens found purposefully not getting down to their limit


Original:

The number of WA enforcements may not exceed 1/3 the amount of endorsements that the WAD has for non-governmental citizens, 1/2 for RT, and 2/3 for presidium. No limit for GC and VC, except that VC can't have more than GC.
Those surpassing the limit will be notified of the limit, their surpassing of the limit, and the consequence of being ejected from Illuminati unless they resolve it.

Endorsement Cap Amendment
* The number of WA endorcements may not exceed 1/3 the amount of endorsements that the WAD has for non-governmental citizens
* The number of WA enforcements may not exceed 1/2 the amount of enforcements that the WAD has for RT
* The number of WA endorsements may not exceed 2/3 the amount of endorsements that the WAS has for presidium
* No limit for GC and VC, except that VC cannot have more than GC.
* Those surpassing the limit will be notified of the limit, their surpassing of the limit, and the consequence of being ejected from Illuminati unless they resolve it.
* If those found surpassing the limit have been found knowingly leaving their WA above the endorsement cap they will be ejected from Illuminati until the issue is resolved
* After being made aware of their exceeding their WA endorsement the citizen has a limit of 10 days to get back under the endorsement limit
* In the event that the citizen that's over the endorsement limit is over due to being part of the government and have since been removed from their position by way of end of term or early retirement without being under threat of impeachment the time limit will be extended to 20 days

• The number of WA endorcements may not exceed 1/2 the amount of endorcements that the WAD has for RT
  
• The number of WA endorsements may not exceed 2/3 the amount of endorsements that the WAD has for presidium, Grand Chancellor, or Vice Chancellor
  
• Those surpassing the limit will be notified of the limit, their surpassing of the limit, and the consequence of being ejected from Illuminati unless they resolve it.
  
• If those found surpassing the limit have been found knowingly leaving their WA above the endorsement cap they will be ejected from Illuminati until the issue is resolved
  
• After being made aware of their exceeding their WA endorsement the citizen has a limit of 5 days to get back under the endorsement limit
