Initiation Rites Denial Act

The GC reserves the right to deny the rites following the following guidelines:
1. The person being denied broke the rules or didn't follow the requirements of the rite themselves
2. The person being denied committed plagiarism in any amount (Does not include the rite requiring copying)
3. The person being denied was sarcastic in the majority of there answers
4. Obviously all the rite have to be completed while following the previous 3 rules
