Category Three Violations
Shall be punishable with banishment immediately, and does not need to be justified by the Grand Chancellor or Round Table
-Raider; if the banned nation is a self proclaimed raider not for the Illuminati, a known raider not for the Illuminati, or is in the act of raiding the Illuminati.

The Nation(s) will not be allowed back in The Region unless they are pardoned by a 75% majority of the jury [Read: The Round Table] and the movement is agreed upon by The Grand Chancellor
-Raiders; If the banned nation is caught in the act of conspiring to or is caught in the act of raiding Illuminati
